The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD), Lakehurst has requirements and tasks associated with the production and delivery of Jacking Adapter Extension Set P/N 4135AS1012-1, for the MQ-8B Fire Scout Unmanned Air Systems (UAS) Program. The Government is issuing a solicitation as a Total Small Business Set Aside under Request for Quote number N68335-20-Q-0446. This will be a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract and one (1) first article units to perform fit check and evaluation. This requirement includes technical data in which some or all of which is subject to export-control of either the International Traffic in Arms regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All potential offerors must have an approved Joint Certification Program certification, form DD2345. All potential offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/ prior to receipt of the technical data package. NAWC-AD will not delay award in order for an offeror or its supplier to apply for and receive approval by the controlling authority to access the export-controlled data.
