This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with Part 13 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The RFQ number is N42158-24-Q-S026. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-02 effective 22 Dec 2023, and DFARS Change Notice 20231222. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a single source, Safe Air Systems. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, all bids, proposals or quotations received by the closing response date may be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with the proposed contract based upon responses to this Notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following. Table 1 – CLIN Structure and Pricing ITEM NO. Period of Performance (POP): Base year to begin Date of Award plus four (4) one (1) year Option Periods. QTY UNIT UNIT PRICE TOTAL 1 JB TOTAL PRICE: This announcement will close on 17 May 2024 at 0900 AM Eastern Standard Time. Shipping term shall be FOB Destination; therefore, quote SHALL include shipping cost. System for Award Management (SAM). Quoting vendors must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://sam.gov/. To be considered for this opportunity, all quotes shall be submitted in either Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheet or Adobe PDF. The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
