The United States Air Force Total Force utilizes My Personnel (myPers) as the current Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software platform for personnel knowledge, business processes and transactional services. This acquisition is to provide for the continued operations, sustainment and support of a CRM software platform in an approved FedRAMP Level 4/5 commercial facility during the transition to a new platform. The platform will support active-duty, Guard, Reserve, retirees, and civilian personnel and their families with a Total Force Knowledge Base and Data Model.
