Description: Department of Army – Office of Program Manager – Saudi Arabian National Guard (OPM-SANG) The issued announcement will be for market research, planning, and informational purposes only. This Sources Sought is not a commitment by the US Government to issue a solicitation, award a contract based on this Sources Sough, or to otherwise pay for the information solicited from gathering market research based on the announcement (FAR Part 10 / 41 USC 3306(a)(1&2)). Responses to the Sources Sought will not serve as proposals, bids, or offers, which could be accepted by the US Government to form a binding contract. The U.S. Government requests information on medical and dental insurance as described within the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to MNG Students and their accompanied dependents who are attending training courses in the United States. Period of Performance: Two (2) Years – Base with one (1) option year. Approximate number of claimants: 300 How to Respond: Capability statements are due on 29 May 2023 by 12 midnight EST via email to olivia.k.carroll-chandler.civ@army.mil and courtesy copy derek.m.schnorrenberg.civ@army.mil. Interested offerors shall provide the following information: A. Contact information: - Name of Company - Email and Phone number - Cage Code, NAICS code and DUNS number - A previous customer/similar service provided within the past 3 years. B. Capability statement expressing interest and the ability to meet the comprehensive Medical Insurance policy (e.g., Dental, Vision, etc.) requirement for Saudi Arabian citizens while in the United States for training. No coverage will be required within Saudi Arabia. C. Estimated cost of medical insurance (for 1 person) with a value of $750 for Dental line. D. Estimated cost of medical insurance (for 1 person) with a value of $3,150 for Dental line.
