Sun Nuclear has confirmed that they are the only capable vendor for this procurement. As such, the purpose of posting this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is to ensure any other vendors who believe they may be able to support this requirement are not excluded, and to post the Sole Source Justification, as required.
