COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION ‘COMBO' Eielson AFB Will-Call system (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA5004-19-Q-A044 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) See attached Standard Form (SF) 1449 document for applicable clauses and provisions. FAR Provision 52.212-1 will provide instructions to offerors for submission of quotes. Evaluation criteria for this requirement is price and technical acceptance. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote will be most advantageous to the Government. A responsive quote will consist of a completed SF1449, and any pertinent technical information such as product specifications and ability to meet the salient characteristics required. (iv) This requirement is solicited as a 100% total small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 423450 with a small business size standard of 200 EMP. (v) Vendors shall complete Attachment 1 in its entirety and return with any other documentation/data as required by this Combo.
