The IFB is expected to be available on or about 30 July 2021. This project consists of providing the labor, equipment and materials to renovate and build an addition to Bldg 402 to include all building systems, finishes, lighting, HVAC, restrooms, break room and administrative areas. This scope includes a new courtroom and associated judge’s chambers, jury room and other spaces as required to comply with FC 4-610-04F Air Force Legal Facilities. Exterior work to include windows, doors, roof, stucco, siding, walks and landscape. All work shall conform to the statutes of the State of Florida, ADAAG and OSHA, for a complete and usable facility.
