The work covered by these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, appliances, devices, and materials, and performing all operations necessary in connection with REPAIR / REPLACE ROOFS BASE-WIDE IDIQ to accomplish a broad range of roof maintenance, repair, replacement, and minor construction work at or near Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. Roof leaks are unannounced, unpredictable and cause rapid deterioration to WPAFB facilities and equipment if not addressed. Projects are to proactively enable rapid response and repair to future roof leaks. Severe deterioration and damage to government property and danger to personnel is possible if roofing repairs and immediate response to emergency roof leaks is not provided.
