Adding PWS Technical Exhibit 5 - Labor Categories Added - answers to questions submitted prior to today. Most of these questions and answers were inadvertently left off the last Q&A posting on 11 March 2024. Thank you for submitting comments and questions today regarding the draft RFP. I expect to post another draft RFP prior to posting the RFP that addresses the comments and questions received today. Added - I expect the updated draft RFP to be released next week along with answers to the questions. Internal reviews are ongoing; I am not sure of an RFP release date. Added - Internal processes are taking longer than expected. Another draft RFP is anticipated to be released soon and will provide an updated RFP release date.
