This is a non-personal services contract to provide a venue and support for the Alabama 117th Air Refueling Wing Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (ALANG YRRP). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform venue support as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The ALANG YRRP will conduct an event within 30 miles of Birmingham, Alabama on May 18th 2019, and is seeking a venue to accommodate the symposium, breakout sessions, exhibit hall, meeting and counseling rooms, lodging, and dining accommodations to include catering for approximately 160 service members, family members and children.
