The State of Minnesota seeks mainly to procure Nitrile Medical Grade Exam Disposable Gloves at a Fair and Reasonable Price as soon as possible. (The State of Minnesota is NOT considering Vinyl or Latex Medical Grade Exam Disposable Gloves at this time). 9 million Nitrile Gloves, Medical Grade, Disposable Gloves are needed on a monthly basis throughout the State of MN COVID Response which is estimated to last through July or August. Nitrile Gloves Specifications: 3.5 mils (.0035 inch) thickness or greater. Size ratio: XS: 5%, SM: 25%, MD: 50%, LG: 15% and XL: 5%. * The State of Minnesota WILL consider multiple awards to fulfill its COVID medical supplies requirements. * Please see attached Attachments/Links section for Nitrile Gloves Offer Sheet and Specifications Sheet. The State of Minnesota has recently published a survey where offers can be submitted. Utilize this survey when submitting offers, if you have any questions or problems, see the point of contact in below paragraph. Upon receipt of your Offer Sheet, the State of MN will consider your offer and notify you directly of the next steps in the process. Incomplete Offer Sheets (unspecific manufacturer location, Terms, etc.) may be rejected. If selected, vendors can expect a Purchase Order from the State of Minnesota to guarantee payment for immediate delivery of supplies. Vendors must register in the State of Minnesota StateWide Integrated Financial Tools (SWIFT) online system: https://mn.gov/mmb/accounting/swift/vendor-resources/ to receive payment. Shipments will be delivered to the Minnesota Department of Health warehouse at 345 Plato Blvd NE, Saint Paul, MN 55107. THIS IS STATE OF MINNESOTA PURCHASE AND NOT A FEDERAL PROCUREMENT. UPON SUBMISSION OF OFFER SHEET, THE OFFER SHEET WILL BE ROUTED TO THE STATE OF MINNESOTA. ANY AWARD DECISIONS WILL COME FROM THE STATE OF MINNESOTA AND NOT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
