BiPap: 50,000 each PAPR: 50,000 each Face Shields: 50,000 each * The State of Minnesota WILL consider multiple awards to fulfill its COVID medical supplies requirements. * Product Breakdown Percentage (where applicable) XS: 5% SM: 10% MD: 60% LG: 20% XL: 5% Shipments are targeted to begin within 7 days of this posting (or sooner), Thursday April 9th, 2020, and with continued weekly deliveries through the end of June. Additional quantities may be requested beyond June depending on the State of Minnesota COVID response guidance. Vendors can expect a Purchase Order from the State of Minnesota to guarantee payment for immediate delivery of supplies. Vendors must register in the State of Minnesota StateWide Integrated Financial Tools (SWIFT) online system: https://mn.gov/mmb/accounting/swift/vendor-resources/ to receive payment. Shipments will be delivered to the Minnesota Department of Health warehouse at 345 Plato Blvd NE, Saint Paul, MN 55107. Similar quantities of Face Masks and Face Shields are expected to be purchased over the next three months: April, May and June. These are estimated quantities and are subject to increase or decrease based upon the current State of Minnesota COVID response guidance.
