The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 with a small business size standard of $35.00M. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. This time supersedes the Offers Due Time listed above. FOB Destination shall be in the Place of Performance. The MICC Fort Stewart requires the following items, Purchase Description Determined by Line Item, to the following: LI 001: • 40 Rooms (Queen beds or larger) • 40 Families (approximately 55 participants) • 1 Conference Room for Spouse Mentorship, configured banquet style plus 2 rectangle tables with chairs • 1 Conference Room with space for meal service; that is separate from the Spouse Mentorship area. • 1 Childcare Room on the same floor and near the adult Mentorship area • A/V Equipment for Training Room (Podium, Projector, Screen, Two (2) Microphones, large Whiteboard) • A/V Equipment for Child Care Room (2 TVs, 2 DVD Players), 1, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond.
