Repair Fire Sprinkler System-Facility 128, Vance AFB, Oklahoma

This opportunity is for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to repair and replace the fire sprinkler system in Facility 128 at Vance AFB, Oklahoma. The work includes full removal of the existing system, installation of new wet-pipe systems, fire alarm interface, and all required testing and documentation. Quotes must be valid through September 30, 2026, and a site visit is scheduled for May 28, 2026. The requirement is currently unfunded, and no award will occur until funding becomes available. Award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method.
