This is a SOURCES SOUGHT to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required services. 325 CONS is interested in the identification of capable sources for a Repair/Construct of an retentionpond, piping restoration, site erosion control and inlet replacement contract for Tyndall AFB, Florida. The 325th Contracting Squadron is searching for potential contractors to provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to repair, clean and replace all failed retention pond components to meet existing retention pond permit requirements on Tyndall AFB up to all necessary building codes. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force standards, instructions, and commercial practices. (Identified in the attached draft SOW). The Contractor will provide a clean an open and safe workspace to be used as a work area and shall be responsible for all professional services, proposal schedule, A/E design, permits, equipment, labor, tools, materials, and ancillary items necessary to complete the tasks defined by the statement of work (SOW), including the disposal of all resulting waste materials and project clean up.
