NORAD & USNORTHCOM (N&NC) / J6 has a follow-on brand name requirement for non-personal services of Nutanix certified resident engineering support. The required service includes 240 days (8 hours per day) spread across 12 consecutive months to be provided 100% remotely or on-site as needed. Key responsibilities required by the service directly support the hardware and software purchased for the NORAD and USNORTHCOM Command Center (N2C2) and are included in Attachment One (1): Performance Work Statement. Additionally, technical expertise is needed for the Enterprise expansion implemented to extend the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) which was established to accommodate secure telework on multiple networks (NIPR/SIPR/NEN). A top secret clearance is required for building access. The Period of Performance for this requirement is 30 September 2023 through 29 September 2024.
