This requirement is for wireless services and devices within a specific frequency spectrum to support the First Responder Broadband Network commonly known as FirstNet. Using cellular devices with required accessories that are compatible with FIrstNet, will support Bayne Jones Army Community Hospital (BJACH) Fort Johnson's growing requirement for rapid response to emergencies and contingencies as well as provide wireless telephone services to all areas of responsibility. This wireless service also includes unlimited data transmission for all BJACH first responders properly subscribed to this cellular/boradband network. A redacted Justification for Exception to Fair Opportunity (JEFO) is provided, see attached.
