The New England District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1,130 usable square feet of commercial space within a ¼-mile radius of 1 Seth F. Tobey Road, Wareham, MA 02571. The space must have secondary egress, adequate parking for about four Government vehicles day and overnight, and must use the Government Lease. Responses should include the proposed rental amount (water/sewer, CAM, taxes, and insurance), a breakdown bid for attached construction build-out specs, and proof of active SAM registration with CAGE code and Unique Identifier.
