This is a sources sought notice restricted to Tinker AFB MAC BOA holders, seeking contractors capable of performing a chilled water circuit renovation at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The project requires furnishing all design/engineering services, materials, labor, and equipment to remove existing Chilled Water Circuit #3 piping, install a new circuit, relocate piping from workspaces to an east aisle, and demolish old steam lines. It is a concept design based on recommendations from a 2020 chilled water distribution study, including replacing 2" supply/return lines to specific AHUs with 4" piping and eliminating tertiary pumps. The work is non-military unique, commonly available locally, and has routinely been performed under the small business set-aside, two-step sealed bid program.
