Site visit attendance by the MAC BOA Prime Contractor is mandatory to be considered responsive. Please respond to this email to provide an RSVP response with the number of Prime Contractor and Sub-Contractor personnel expected to attend to the below points of contact with confirmation of intent to attend the initial site visit NLT 2:00pm CST, Friday 8 November 2024. If a MAC BOA Prime Contractor fails to meet this RSVP deadline, the initial site visit information will not be released to your organization. 2. Attached you will find an Entry Authorization List (EAL) Excel spreadsheet, please fill in all information for individuals who will need base access that do not currently have base access to include any Prime Contractor and Sub-Contractor personnel that plan on attending the initial site visit. Provide email copy of the Excel spreadsheet to the below points of contact NLT 2:00pm CST, Tuesday 12 November 2024. 3. Estimated Initial Site visit date: (21 November 2024). A meeting invite will be sent out with the firm initial site visit date and time to all Prime Contractors that respond per paragraph 1 above. Do not make travel plans until the firm initial site visit date/time is provided. 4. IAW MAC BOA guidelines; Small Business Set-Aside. (If >$25 mil). 5.
