The Government has a requirement to replace the Beacon light on top of the Taj Mahal (B100) located at JBSA-Randolph TX. Prior to the issuance of the solicitation (RFP) for this requirement, the Government representatives would like to host a one-day industry event at B100 to express the Government’s intentions for this requirement and to solicit feedback as to how the requirement could be completed. All questions and comments received from the industry day will be incorporated into the RFP. The Industry day event will take place on Tuesday 25 May 2021 from 8:00am to 10:00am. The purpose of this requirement is to replace the Beacon light on top of B100 by disconnecting the old existing beacon and installing the new Beacon Mounting Kit and Bulb. However, interested parties who will be attending the industry day event must complete the attached base pass request form and submit back to the Contract Specialist Emily Deck at emily.deck@us.af.mil no later than Wed 19 May 2021 at 3:00 p.m. Central Time (CT).
