Document Type: Pre-solicitation Notice Classification Code Y—Construction of Structures and facilities Set Aside: Small Business NAICS Code: 236220- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction The Tennessee Air National Guard at Berry Field Air National Guard (ANG) Base, Nashville, TN intends to issue an Invitation for Bid to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, Renovate 12,400 square feet of building 740 for a deployment processing center, physical fitness center, and administrative facility to include selective demolition of interior walls, plumbing, electrical, infill of masonry doors and openings, realignment of adjacent roadway to provide standoff for force protection, installation of supplemental roof beams and trusses, new rubber mat flooring, restroom facilities, EPDM roof, acoustical ceiling, interior electrical, LED lighting, HVAC, direct digital control system, doorway canopies and storefront, automatic wet sprinkler suppression system, addressable fire alarm system, interior finishes, and site improvements including sodding. Additive Bid Items includes bleachers and floor finish. This project will be constructed in accordance with all Department of Defense Unified Facilities Criteria and the Intelligence Community Standard (ICS) anumber 705 for Physical and Technical Security Standards for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities. The contract duration is 365 days after NTP. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $39,500,000.00. The magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Your attention is directed to FAR CLAUSE 52.219-14 (b) (4) LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING which states “By submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Offeror /Contractor agrees that in performance of the contract the concern will perform at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees” applies to this project. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or about TBD. The tentative date for the pre-bid conference is on-or about (time and location will be in solicitation). Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-bid conference.
