Estimated Cost Range is between $5,000,000 - $10,000,000. JOB DESCRIPTION: PROJECT TITLE: ALAMEDA ZONE 7 PL 84-99 REPAIRS PROJECT LOCATION: PLEASANTON, CA and ALAMEDA COUNTY, CA The work includes repair storm damage to ?ood control channels in Alameda County. Damages consisted of erosion and bank failures during a series of atmospheric rivers between December 2022 and March 2023. Repairs consist of ten (10) sites along Arroyo Mocho and Alamo Canal, including G-6, G-7, G-8, G-9, G-10, G-13, G-14, F-11, F-12, and F-13, per the requirements in speci?cation section 00 10 00 PRICING SCHEDULE and 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK. This requirement is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE and will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will be available on/about 19 May 2025 for viewing/downloading. ALL BIDS will be due on/about 19 June 2025 at 11:00 AM PDT. The speci?c date and time will be identi?ed in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARDPROCESS.
