The 2026 “DO Season” is estimated to run from September 1 through November 30, with total demand estimated at 3,700 tons. Vendors must provide flexible, on-demand deliveries, with required delivery capacity ramping from 23–46 tons per day at start-up up to a peak surge capacity of 120 tons per day for up to four consecutive weeks, requiring multiple trucks. Oxygen must comply with CGA standards and be at least 99.5% pure. Interested vendors should submit a capability statement demonstrating surge capacity, transportation and logistics, and supply chain resiliency.
