This market survey is being conducted by the Department of the Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Legacy Training Aircraft Division (LTAD), Training Aircraft International Branch (WNDI), Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, experiences, and necessary data to respond to requirements for operation and sustainment of the T-6C Aircraft for use by the Vietnam Air Defense Air Force (ADAF). This will also assist the United States Government (USG) in determining whether this requirement will be full and open competition, a small business, or a sole source acquisition. Companies/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey. Written follow-up questions may be asked of responders for clarification, but this will not indicate a selection or preference. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the USG to form a binding contract. Only United States companies will be considered for contract award. See attachment.
