The requirement is for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS), specifically contractor repair and return services, spares, technical library assessment and update of technical manuals, modification and configuration assessment, review of ground handling and aerospace support equipment, and Aircraft Structural Integrity Program (ASIP) and Engine Structural Integrity Program (ENSIP) activities.
