The CRH requirements were baselined in 2012 prior to contract award of its Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) phase. The current system specification reflects the 2012 requirements baseline. The HH-60W Air Vehicle is a multi-engine, rotary wing aircraft with a primary mission of worldwide Personnel Recovery (PR)/Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) in all intensities of conflict as well as during peacetime. The HH-60W will rapidly deploy and is capable of operations from main and austere field basing to conduct PR/CSAR missions in all environmental regions of the globe, day, or night, in adverse weather and all threat conditions, to include passing through nuclear, biological, and chemical (NBC) environments. This SSS will gather information on the current experience and capabilities of prospective industry sources to address CRH Interim Supply Support for future repair items. Below is additionally provided information specific to the aircraft and program: Projected fleet size: HH-60W (85). Note: Fleet size is subject to change. Current operating sites: Kirtland AFB, Nellis AFB, Moody AFB, Kadena AB, Davis Monthan AFB (AD), Aviano AB, Patrick AFB, Gabreski, NY (ANG), Moffett Field, CA (ANG), Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson AFB, AK (ANG) HH-60W Interim Supply Support (ISS) could consist of the following services: Overhaul Repair & Return Material Inspection Operational checks Troubleshooting Off-equipment adjustments
