Continuous Process Improvement, Business Process Reengineering, and Organizational Efficiencies (CPI-BPR) Services Scope: Vendor shall provide analytical and program management services. Services include assisting Federal Facilities Division and its associated branches in developing an actionable business plan and accomplishing key strategic objectives for transitioning its facilities maintenance and management operations into a highly efficient organization. The vendor shall accomplish creation and maintenance of project charters, plans, and schedules, and execution of projects using Project Management Institute (PMI) and Six Sigma standards. Vendors are encouraged to suggest NAICS and PSCs in their capability response.
