CIO has a continuing need for Spectrum Policy & International Engagements (SP&IE) Directorate Technical Support Services provided under task order No. HQ0034-19-F-0345, which was issued as a sole source task order using a firm fixed price structure to the incumbent, Booz Allen Hamilton Incorporated (BAH). The current Task Order expires on May 8, 2024, and the Government intends to award a sole source bridge to BAH, without using full and open competition, for continuity of services while the Government works to award a competitive, long-term follow-on contract. This action continues providing required services to support the DOD CIO in all matters relating to proactive and comprehensive spectrum policy-making and regulatory support both within the United States and internationally. The bridge contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract type with a total estimated value of $946,756.24. The period of performance will be from May 8, 2024 to September 8, 2024, with one 2-month option. WHS/AD proposes to issue a bridge contract for an extension of services using FFP structure, to the incumbent, BAH without using full and open competition.
