THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL In pursuant to FAR 5.203(a), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Systems Engineering Research Center (SERC) intends to increase the ceiling price of the current Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quality (IDIQ) from $70,662,363.36 to $110,662,363.36. This is a notification of the intent to increase the ceiling price. This IDIQ is the only UARC that is dedicated to support research and development for the intelligence and security community. This work consists of research and development to conduct research and analyze advanced and emerging systems engineering practices and relevant technologies to address the full spectrum of DoD systems. This includes combining research from capability areas, enterprise systems, and Systems-of-Systems, down to cyber-physical systems and subsystems, with the goal of ensuring consistency and systems engineering excellence throughout the systems lifecycle in all mission areas. The NAICS code for this requirement is 611310 – Colleges, Universities, and Professional Schools, with a size standard of $34.5 million. This is a notification of the intent to increase the ceiling price. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations.
