The Systems Support Division (SSD) of the George C. Marshal Center (GCMC) in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany requires a new contract for Microsoft Licenses, Maintenance Support and Cloud-Based Subscriptions. These items will be procured through a single firm-fixed price task order against the DoD Enterprise Software Initiative’s (ESI) multiple award Microsoft Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Use of DoD’s ESI BPA does not require a Brand Name LSJ for Microsoft licenses and software assurance. However, for cloud subscriptions, i.e., Microsoft O365, a Brand Name LSJ is required. This procurement action requires Microsoft’s M365 E3, O365 E1, Visio Standard Add-on and Project Standard Add-on cloud-based subscriptions.
