This will be a non-personal service, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. The contractor shall provide toll aggregation services that provides the end user a streamlined use of toll roads and the payment associated with the toll roads without fines. The contractor shall ensure the agency’s government owned vehicles can travel tolls roads without interruption using transponders or other technology, while capturing data for billing with an internet based reporting system, thus presenting a consolidated toll payment and management solution. The requirement CONUS wide tolls roads for 24/7 coverage of the agency’s government owned vehicles. The requirement is for the contractor to provide toll aggregation services for 30 vehicles. The Government may require additional vehicles to be added to this service during the base or any option period, and surge modifications will be within the scope of the contract and provide increased service for the defined task areas of this PWS. The objective of this contract is to provide toll aggregation management for the agency’s government owned vehicles CONUS wide without interruption, while capturing data for billing and reporting on an internet-based system. The full requirement for contractor provided toll aggregation services includes internet-based centralized reporting, consolidated monthly post-transaction billing, delivery reports and fleet management and customer service. This is a Firm Fixed Price, Base plus four (4) option years contract. FOB Destination: Ship to Address is 2743 Defense Blvd SW, Anacostia Annex, DC 20373-5815. Please note that the award will be established with the responsible contractor whose quote conforms to the requirements outlined in this RFQ and is most advantageous to the Government based on the “best value” determination. The Contracting Officer will determine the best value to the Government based on evaluation of price with non-price factors considered. The non-price factors are based on the technical capability, approach and understanding in accordance with the PWS and past performance. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
