THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the agency to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the agency is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondees are advised that the agency will notpay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor agency sources for additional information. This is an as-needed contract (not one time buy) for Government vehicles (Official Use only) to get an EZPass Transponders. Request is for 50 “EZPass” toll transponders. Coverage must address all tolls throughout the Continental United States and requires the flexibility to travel on toll roads without interruption by way of automated transponders or other technology with an internet-based reporting and billing system. In addition, pre-advance payments or billing is not an option. Billing and payment will be settled in monthly increments after usage is complete due to government rules and regulations regarding funding and payment.
