The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, tools, equipment, materials transportation and supervision necessary to complete each Job Order placed against this IDIQ Contract at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Air Field Georgia in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, each specific statement of work, specifications, and drawings. Individual Job Orders will vary in size and scope. Orders will encompass tasks in a variety of construction and trade areas; such as general carpentry, general plumbing, heating, ventilating and air condition (HVAC) systems, fire suppression systems, general electrical systems, utility distribution systems, concrete construction, road paving systems, storm water systems, concrete masonry unit (CMU) construction, painting, roofing, demolition, and steel construction. All general construction related trade disciplines and managerial positions will be included along with some specialty technicians. The Ft. Stewart-Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) selected Gordian’s Job Order Contracting (JOC) System for the JOC program at Ft. Stewart and Hunter Army Air Field. The Gordian JOC Solution includes proprietary JOC Applications and Construction Task Catalog®, which shall be provided by the Contractor and used by Government personnel to prepare and submit Task Order Proposals, subcontractor lists, and other requirements specified by the contract. The contractor shall obtain at its own expense and provide the government with the following for the base plus each option: five (5) printed copies of Gordian’s Construction Task Catalog® (CTC®), one (1) printed copy of Gordian’s Technical Specifications, one (1) electronic copy of the CTC® and specifications in pdf format, and any updates for the life of the contract. The Government shall have online access. These publications shall be furnished to the KO within 30 days of contract award and within 30 days of each exercised option year. These publications shall remain the property of the Government.
