DFAS is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations, Part 10. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement under NAICS code 333316. This notice is for planning purposes only and does not obligate the Government to any contractual agreement. This is not a request for proposal. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of responses, nor otherwise pay for the preparation of any information submitted, nor will respondents be notified of the review of the information received. The information obtained from this Sources Sought notice will be utilized as market research for this requirement. The Government will not reimburse interested sources for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: DESCRIPTION DFAS is currently looking to improve/replace aging equipment for the DFAS Columbus Conference Center. 12 LCD Projectors are being sought. DFAS is seeking to find multiple makes and models of LCD projectors that meet or exceed the requirements listed below. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS DFAS Columbus requires the purchase of 12 LCD Projectors. No specific make or model is required. Projectors need to meet the requirements below in order to meet DFAS Columbus’s current needs. Required Salient Features for LCD Projectors / Quantity - 12 Easy installation / flexible mounting Network ready Technology/Type: LCD Lumens: 5000 Max Preferred Connections: VGA / HDMI Fits into large classrooms and conference rooms Resoluton Type: Min 1280 x 800 - Max 3840 x 2160 RESPONSE DUE DATE: All responses must be received by Noon (EST), Monday, May 25, 2020. Preferred delivery method for submission is via email: anthony.m.svab2.civ@mail.mil. INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESPONSE SUBMISSION: DFAS is seeking responses from all responsible sources. Interested respondents should submit a brief capabilities statement package clearly demonstrating the firm's ability to provide supplies meeting the listed requirements. At a minimum, the package shall address the following: Firm name, address, e-mail, telephone and fax numbers Small business certification - 8(a), HubZone, Service Disabled Veteran or Women-owned, etc. Applicable contract vehicles (i.e. DOC, GSA, NASA SEWP) available for Government-wide use. Estimated pricing for the supplies presented (not a quote). The make and model of the LCD projector along with technical specifications for that make and model that demonstrates that it can meet or exceed our listed requirements. Your firms Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Your Firms Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) System for Award Management (SAM) registered NAICS Codes. Include any other relevant information that is not listed above, which the Government should consider in developing its minimum specifications and finalizing its market research. Respondents shall provide a full description of their capability to meet the anticipated requirement. All quoted items must be able to meet or exceed every requirement listed above. Feedback on this requirement is encouraged. Vendors are encouraged to provide estimated costs or pricing information for the supplies, which they can provide, within their response.
