Requesting sources sought to conduct the following two-day "Tagnite Masking and Immersion Anodize Coating Process" customized training. The training shall include, but not be limited to containing the following subject matters: process history, standards, operations, and troubleshooting; safety; theory; part and equipment preparation; tooling; documentation, quality issues or concerns; equipment maintenance and calibration; differences between new and remanufactured part process requirements; and corrosion/oxidation tagnite-coated equipment in a salty and humid environment. At the conclusion of training, students shall be able to perform the following tasks: Demonstrate the ability to start equipment, produce parts of varying complexity in accordance with aviation and industry process standards and procedures, troubleshoot and rectify issues, and shut down equipment, in a safe manner. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of process history, theory, technical documentation, and safety protocols. Demonstrate the ability to conduct calibration, testing, and maintenance of equipment. Recognize, troubleshoot, diagnosing, and rectifying anomalies and quality control deficiencies within the equipment, processes, parts, and chemicals used. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of process history, theory, technical documentation, and safety protocols. Display a breadth and depth of knowledge and capability to perform Tagnite processes to serve as trainers and process certifiers.
