The wind turbine will require a substantial mat foundation to be installed in existing pavements and grassed areas. The solar panels will be installed on buildings 101, 107 and 110 and require inverters and manufactured roof mounting systems. All power from the systems will be connected to the site electrical distribution system in a room in building 101. The electrical drawings give specific guidance to how the renewable energy systems are connected to the site electrical system and the sequence of how when/how the power generated is either used by the buildings or fed back onto the grid. The project will require coordination with the local utility for replacement of the existing electrical meter with a Net Meter.
