The 178th Wing Contracting Office at Springfield ANGB will be issuing a Solicitation for Project No: WAAR232002; BLDG 107 Epoxy Floors at Springfield ANGB. The project requires adequate concrete flooring capable of supporting vehicle lifts. BLDG 107 (Vehicle Maintenance) existing concrete has cracks that must be filled/repaired, and epoxy floor covering will aid in reducing tripping hazards for maintenance personnel. The construction/contract duration is 60 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed to complete the project including any design and construction. This project will be solicited as a competitive Small Business Set-aside. All responsible offerors are encouraged to participate. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $45,000,000 average annual revenue for the previous three (3) years. The magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. All dates and times will be identified in the solicitation for site visit and bid opening once posted. Interested offerors must be registered in SAM.
