The 178th Wing Contracting Office at Springfield ANGB will be issuing a Solicitation for Project No: WAAR202102; Construct Base Sidewalks at Springfield ANGB. The project consists of the design and installation of concrete sidewalks at and connecting Bld. 118 to Bld. 156. The new sidewalks will prevent foot traffic in grassy and muddy areas and provide easier access to buildings around base. The construction/contract duration is 60 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed to complete the project including any design and construction. This project will be solicited as a competitive Small Business Set-aside. All responsible offerors are encouraged to participate. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $45,000,000 average annual revenue for the previous three (3) years. The magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. All dates and times will be identified in the solicitation for site visit and bid opening once posted. Interested offerors must be registered in SAM.
