The 178th Wing Contracting Office at Springfield ANGB is issuing a Solicitation for Project No: WAAR1162010; Seal Roads and Parking. This project includes maintenance of paved asphalt areas at the Springfield-Beckley installation, to include preparing, crack sealing, surface sealing, and re-striping of all painted areas. The construction/contract duration is 90 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed to include inspection and punch list, which provides adequate time to accomplish construction. This project will be solicited as a competitive Small Business Set-aside. All responsible offerors are encouraged to participate. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237310, with a size standard of $39,500,000 average annual revenue for the previous three (3) years. The magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All dates and times will be identified in the solicitation for site visit and bid opening. Interested offerors must be registered in SAM.
