The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non- personal services necessary to perform National Salute to America’s Heroes (NSAH) marketing event. the contract awardee will organize, plan, and execute a multi-dimensional marketing event leading up to and during the NSAH project providing the Army a unique, cost-effective opportunity to reach prospective recruits through a national program throughout the months of February-May 2023. The associated marketing and advertising will be reviewed by the contract awardee with oversight and final decision by the government. The Army will benefit from marketing exposure including Army sponsorship at the NSAH national event, on-site exposure, national television programming, radio, print, outdoor media, public relations, digital media, social media, and influencer support.
