The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform Occupational Health Medical Surveillance Examination Services, as defined in this PWS. II. Contractor shall provide firm fixed pricing for services available in accordance with the PWS for the base, option year periods, and six-month extension. III. Quotes shall be submitted via email or Government Point of Entry (GPE) prior to the closing date and time identified on the SF1449 solicitation. See Addendum to 52.212- for more details.
