The justificati... The 176th Mission Support Contracting Office - JBER, AK intends to award a sole source procurement to F-E Contracting, Inc., 1920 S. Eklutna, Palmer, AK 99645, for repair to Hangar 21. The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1; Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Please see attached Justification for details. Project Magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. This is not a formal solicitation, nor is this synopsis considered a request for proposals or quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. If no affirmative response is received, the procurement will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
