The 176th Air Wing, Alaska Air National Guard, JBER, AK, intends to issue an Invitation For Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for the Secure Compartmented Information Facility, at the 176th Wing, Alaska Air National Guard, JBER, AK. Work consists of modifying walls and doors to create a Secure Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) within the existing Intel/Tactics Vault in Hangar 18. The magnitude of the project is between $250,000 - $500,000. A bid bond in the amount of 20% of the offer is required. The total Construction duration is anticipated to be 60 calendar days after notice to proceed for the base contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. This will be a total small business set- aside. The small business size standard is $36.5 million average annual revenue.
