The 176th Air Wing, Alaska Air National Guard, JBER, AK, intends to issue an Invitation For Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for Construct Lightning Protection, at the 176th Wing, Alaska Air National Guard, JBER, AK. Work consists of installation of a lightning protection system on the exterior of a 109,000 SF aircraft maintenance hangar. The magnitude of the project is between $100,000 - $250,000. A bid bond in the amount of 20% of the offer is required. The total Construction duration is anticipated to be 8 months after notice to proceed for the base contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. This will be a total small business set- aside.
