This is a 100% small business set-aside firm-fixed-price contract for the Connecticut Army National Guard to provide multimedia advertising services. The contractor will manage Non-Commercial Sustaining Announcements for TV and radio at a 4-to-1 ratio, plus a twelve-month digital advertising campaign across platforms like Google Display Network, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. The primary target demographic is 17–24-year-olds, followed by 25–35-year-olds willing to serve in Connecticut. Performance of services will take place at the contractor’s facility, with a 12-month period of performance anticipated to start on 15 July 2026. The contract is awarded based on best value, with price being the most important factor.
