The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to: Lipin Dietz Associates, Inc. located at 8 Milo Peck Lane, Windsor, CT 06095 for Audiometric Booth Maintenance and Benson Audiometer Re-wiring. This vendor is an authorized servicing distributor of Benson Audiometers and sole Audiometric vendor for the US Military Entrance Processing Command providing all supplies, parts and service for all Audiometers. In absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under FAR 13.106(b)(1). Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
