NFPA 1911 – Annual Fire Apparatus Pump Services – 4 TRUCKS • To be performed at service center • Check all fluid levels prior to starting test • Throttle and Engine Operation • Run Priming Pump-22in • Pressure Relief Control test • Dry Vacuum Test (Maxim drop 10in in 5min) • Pressure Gauge and Flow Meter test • Tank to Pump Flow Check • Provide Written Test Report For compliance for ISO • Inspections, services, and repairs of electrical and CPU truck components must be performed by an authorized Pierce Manufacturing Emergency Vehicle Service Center Please see attached SOW for specifications., 1, JOB; LI 002: 2. NFPA 1982 Annual Service For Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus • Can be performed at Service Center or at Firehouse • Hydrostatic testing with recharge of all SCBA cylinders & new “O” rings • Visual Inspection • Functions Test • Alarm Test • Gauge Test • Scott 4.5 air-packs repaired & functional tested • Annual FIT Testing • Repair or Replacement of SCBA system and associated parts Please see attached SOW for specifications., 1, JOB; LI 003: 3. NFPA 1901 Quarterly Cascade System Services • Must be performed at Firehouse, Cascade System is permanently mounted inside building • Perform quarterly service on 1EA UN III 25H-E3 Compressor o Service includes but not limited to labor, change oil, purification cartridges, check auto drain system, drive belts, startup & shutdown pressure, look for oil & air leaks and loose hardware. • Perform quarterly service on 2EA Portable Compressors o Service includes but not limited to labor, change oil, purification cartridges, check auto drain system, drive belts, startup & shutdown pressure, look for oil & air leaks and loose hardware.
