If you give them individual meals in separate containers and they you do not need plates to eat their meal, then you can choose not to give them plates. They have to have whatever they need in order to eat their meals. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-5 dated 10 March 2021. This solicitation number W91ZRS21R0018 is for the Connecticut Army National Guard (CTARNG). The USPFO for Connecticut intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Individual Meals. This request is due by 24 May 2021 at 02:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). This solicitation is restricted 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 722320 – Catered. The small business size standard for 722320 is $8.0 million in average annual receipts.
