All firms responding to this Sources Sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. The information from this market research is for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this effort is 213112. The Connecticut Army National Guard may be in need of Fuel Monitoring Services for six fuel tanks at fuel points located across the state. The service must be compatable with TiQ.200 series tank monitoring product installed by previous contractor. The service must provide real time data pertanting to fuel levels, web based application, satellite serivce and support. The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of qualified commercial sources technically capable of providing the services specified herein. Potential offerers having the skills, experience, professional qualifications, and capabilities necessary to perform the described requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement via e-mail. The Capability statements must include the following: 1) Company name and Point of Contact information (address, telephone, e-mail, website, etc.); 2) DUNS number and CAGE code; 3) Small Business Size/Certification (to include 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.); and 4) Familiarity and knowledge of the requirement. Responses are due no later than 10:00 am EST, Monday, November 1st, 2021, and shall be electronically submitted to kurt.j.fritz.mil@mail.mil. This market research is for informational and planning purposes only. The Government will not pay any costs for responses submitted. Upon review of industry response to this sources sought, the Government will determine whether a set-aside acquisition in lieu of full and open competition is in the Government's best interest.
